"What a little gem to stay at. Well appointed, games, books and DVDS. Clean, quiet and easy off street parking. Comfy bed and even Tim Tams. Im more a white Tim Tam person, but now I'm being picky. Its close to the main st of Richmond and an easy drive to Hobart. Communication was easy and clear. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, the property condition is average. Some areas will need repair, and there’s still much room for improvement. One thing I didn’t like was that on the first day of check-in there was a very strong curry smell throughout the house. I had to open the windows to air it out, but the smell was still present and didn’t fully go away during our stay."
